These general terms and conditions of sale are entered into on one hand by the company Ocibel and on the other hand by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the Ocibel website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Ocibel reserves the right to amend the general terms and conditions of sale, which will then take effect from the date of such amendment.
Ocibel specializes in the online sale of manicure products.
2. ORDER
Where the buyer orders products presented online and ticks the box "I accept the terms and conditions of sale" before paying for their order, they acknowledge that their agreement to these terms and conditions of sale does not require a handwritten signature.
The buyer confirms that they have full legal capacity to enter into an agreement under these general terms and conditions of sale.
Some of the products available on the website may be reserved for professional customers. Sublinel Cosmétique shall not be held responsible for the improper use of the products. Sublinel Cosmétique shall not be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use of the products.

When placing their first order, the buyer must provide the requested information to create an account on the website. For subsequent orders, the buyer must log in to their account using the login details and password previously provided. If they forget or lose their password, the buyer can request a new password by clicking on "Forgot password?", after which they will receive an email indicating the new password to log in.
How to place an order:
- Add the desired products and quantities to your cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button; the products will then be added to your cart located on the right side of the website or at the top right in the "My cart" section.
- The prices displayed in your cart are shown including all taxes, with any discount deducted, and excluding shipping costs.
- To review your cart, click on "Confirm my order", you will then be able to view the details of your cart and add or remove products.
- Before confirming your cart, make sure that the products ordered are indeed the ones you want. Then click on "Order"
- You will then access the order confirmation step, where you must either log in to your account by clicking on "Already a customer? Log in to my account." or fill in the required fields to enable delivery and billing.
- Then select your delivery method and payment method.
3. VALIDATION

- Finally, click on "Order" to confirm your order and proceed with payment according to the payment terms set out in Article 5.
- Once the order has been placed, you will receive an email within a maximum of 24 hours, confirming your order, providing a summary, all relevant information, and informing you of your right of withdrawal (Article 8) as well as the time limits applicable.
4. PRICES
The prices indicated on the website are in Euros (including VAT) and exclude delivery costs. These prices may be changed by Ocibel at any time; the prices displayed are only valid on the day the order is placed, do not apply to the future, and are not retroactive.
For mainland France and the member countries of the European Union, the applicable VAT rate is 20% on products and transport, and 5.5% on periodicals, magazines, and books. Other non-European Union countries and French overseas departments and territories are exempt from VAT at the time of purchase and must pay customs duties and taxes upon entry into their country.
Shipping costs will be indicated to the customer before any payment.
5. PAYMENT
Several payment methods are offered to the buyer.
- By Bank Card (Visa, Carte Bleue, Master Card) on account:
This payment is made on a secure page (SSL) by Systempay and Payplug.
Payment is also secured by the 3D Secure system; the buyer will then need to enter a unique code sent to their phone by their bank. This process verifies whether the buyer is indeed the owner of the bank card.
- By PayPal: This payment will be made on the secure PayPal.com website at the address: contact@ocibel.com Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of your payment in our PayPal account.
- By Bank Transfer: The transfer will be made to your bank using the bank details provided when placing your order.
The buyer must enter their order number in the payment reference field.

The Seller offers its Customers Alma's credit service for paying for their purchases and completing the payment. This is subject to the Customer's acceptance of the General Terms of Use or the credit agreement offered by Alma.

6. AVAILABILITY
Product availability is indicated on the website, in the description sheet for each item:
- An open green pot indicates that there are at least 15 products in stock.
- An open yellow pot indicates that there are fewer than 15 products in stock.
- An open red pot indicates that there are no more products in stock and that the product is therefore out of stock.
In the event of a stockout after your order has been confirmed due to force majeure, you will be informed by a letter included with your package or by email. In this case, we will offer you either a refund for the product or its shipment at Ocibel's expense as soon as it is restocked.
7. DELIVERY / OWNERSHIP
The online sale of the products presented on the website is available to buyers residing anywhere in the world and for deliveries required in these geographical areas.
Deliveries are made to the address provided when placing the order; this address must be within the agreed geographical area.
Our shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order.
Delivery times are displayed for guidance only. If they exceed thirty days from the date of the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
We offer different types of delivery: GLS in 24/48 hours, TNT in 24 hours, and Colissimo in 48/72 hours.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for preparation (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) before the order is shipped.
When the order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email to inform them and provide a tracking number, allowing you to track the delivery of your package on the following website:

In the event of a delivery problem:
- If you have not received your order within 7 days, we advise you to contact us by email at contact@ocibel.com, and we will then conduct an investigation to inform you of the status of your order.
- If you have not received your order within 30 days, after checking your order tracking and if it turns out that the package has indeed been lost, damaged, or marked as delivered when it was not, you will be asked to provide a sworn statement indicating that you have not received your package and a copy of your ID. Upon receipt of these documents, we will either resend your order or issue a full refund, at Ocibel's discretion, within 15 days.
In the event that the package is returned for the following reasons: NPAI (Not at the Address Indicated), AI (Incomplete Address), or any other reason that is not an error on our part, payment of the return shipping costs using your preferred payment method will be required to resend your package.
The products sold remain the full property of Ocibel until all sums owed by the buyer under the order, including shipping costs and taxes, have been fully collected.
Ocibel will not assume responsibility for the transfer of ownership of an Ocibel product from the buyer to a third party.
Only the original buyer of this product may claim access to the clauses of these general terms and conditions of sale.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Buyers, whether individuals or professionals, have a 14-day withdrawal period from the delivery of their order to return the product to Ocibel for exchange or refund without penalty, excluding return shipping costs.
If the 14-day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, it is extended until the following business day.
According to Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code: The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, unless the parties have agreed otherwise, for sales: 5° Of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines (Periodicals).

Any product that has been damaged, is incomplete, or whose original packaging is damaged or missing will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the buyer.
9. REFUND
The refund will be issued without penalty, excluding return shipping costs, within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
The buyer will then be refunded by PayPal, by check, or by bank card.
10. RETURNS
In the event of a non-compliant or defective delivery, the buyer must contact Ocibel by email at contact@ocibel.com. After acceptance by Ocibel, the buyer may resend the product in its original packaging, with the costs borne by Ocibel.
You may request:
- a new delivery that complies with the order
- compensation
- the exchange of the product for another similar product
- the cancellation of the order and a refund of the sums paid, with a possible claim for damages in the event of any loss suffered.
11. WARRANTY
All products supplied by Ocibel are covered by the legal warranty provided for by Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
In the event of a non-compliant product sold, it may be returned to Ocibel at:

All requests for the exchange or refund of unused and unopened products must be made by email at the following address: contact@ocibel.com within thirty days of the delivery of the product and must be confirmed by us by return email.
All complaints regarding a missing, damaged, or incorrect product must be made by email at the following address: contact@ocibel.com within 3 days of the delivery of the product. A photo must be attached in the event of a damaged or incorrect product, and the request must be confirmed by us by return email.
12. RECYCLING OF SMALL ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES
When the buyer orders an electrical appliance, UV Lamp, Sander, Compressor, Freshbox, etc. on the website, an eco-tax including VAT is added to the product's price including VAT.
Ocibel remits this eco-tax to the ecosystems organization of which it is a member.
This organization recycles all these electrical appliances.
You can therefore return your old appliance, purchased in our store, accompanied by the invoice, and we will take care of recycling it.

14. DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing an amicable resolution, the dispute will be settled by the competent court, which will be the court of the defendant's domicile.
15. REGULATIONS
In accordance with current legislation, Type 3 devices such as UV lamps are prohibited from being sold to minors. When purchasing a Type 3 device on the website, by accepting these terms and conditions of sale, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.
